Terms and Conditions for No Liquor Productions Ltd.

By engaging with No Liquor Productions Ltd. ("we", "our", or "us"), you ("client") agree to the following terms and conditions:

We strive to deliver high-quality work within the specified timelines. However, we are not liable for any delays due to unforeseen circumstances or "just-in-time" production constraints. Any delays caused by client decisions, such as late feedback or changes, may result in additional charges.

All digital products, including but not limited to, videos, photos, and digital media files, are non-refundable once delivered to the client. We encourage clients to review all digital products carefully before acceptance.

A non-refundable booking deposit is required to secure services. If the client cancels the service:

• Less than 5 days' notice: The booking deposit is non-refundable.
• Cancellation within 24 hours of booking: A 100% refund on the deposit will be issued, providing a grace period.
• Cancellation between 24 and 72 hours prior to the service date: A 50% refund on the deposit will be issued.
• Cancellations within 72 hours or later: No refund on the booking deposit.

If a booking is made and later found to be a false call, the client is not eligible for any refund on the deposit.

All bundle deals are non-refundable. Bundles must be used within the time period specified at the time of booking. If the client requires an extension or alteration to this period, prior written consent must be obtained from No Liquor Productions Ltd. For further clarification, please refer to the specific bundle description provided at booking.

All edits are eligible for a maximum of three (3) draft stages. Further revisions beyond the third draft are at the sole discretion of No Liquor Productions Ltd. and may incur additional charges. Edits must be requested within the agreed-upon timelines to ensure delivery.

• Client's Responsibility: The client is solely responsible for ensuring that any media, graphic assets, or intellectual property (including logos, artwork, music, etc.) they provide to No Liquor Productions Ltd. for the production of the project does not infringe upon any copyright, trademark, or intellectual property rights of any third party. The client agrees to indemnify and hold No Liquor Productions Ltd. harmless from any legal actions, claims, or damages arising from such infringements.
   
• No Liquor Productions Ltd. Responsibility: Should No Liquor Productions Ltd. use any materials, media, or assets provided by us that infringe on any third-party copyrights or intellectual property, we will assume full liability for any related claims or legal actions. In such cases, No Liquor Productions Ltd. will bear the responsibility for any resulting legal fees, penalties, or damages.
   

• Client Responsibility: It is the client’s responsibility to ensure all necessary approvals, permits, and arrangements (such as locations, talent, etc.) are in place before the scheduled production date. Delays caused by the client’s failure to meet these responsibilities may result in rescheduling and additional charges.
• No Liquor Productions Ltd. Responsibility: In the event that No Liquor Productions Ltd. causes a delay or rescheduling due to unforeseen circumstances, we will work with the client to find an appropriate solution and minimize disruption. However, we will not be liable for any financial or reputational damages arising from production delays.

The client is responsible for the availability and behavior of any talent, models, or other personnel they provide for the production. The client is also responsible for any provided property, equipment, or assets, and No Liquor Productions Ltd. is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to such items during production.

The client agrees to accept full responsibility and liability for any damage or loss caused to No Liquor Productions Ltd.'s equipment during production due to the client’s actions, including but not limited to mishandling, misuse, or negligence. The client will be held financially responsible for the repair or replacement costs of any damaged equipment.

• License Granting: Upon final payment, No Liquor Productions Ltd. grants the client a non-exclusive, perpetual license to use the final produced work (photos, videos, etc.) for its intended purpose as agreed upon in writing. This license does not include the right to resell or sublicense the work without prior consent.
• Credit: Where applicable, the client agrees to provide appropriate credit to No Liquor Productions Ltd. in any public-facing materials, including digital or print, as per the agreed terms.

The client is responsible for obtaining all necessary permissions, permits, and access rights for filming locations. If filming is to occur at private properties or restricted areas, the client must secure all required documentation to ensure No Liquor Productions Ltd. can operate without interference. Any fines or penalties related to location permissions are the responsibility of the client.

Both parties agree to abide by all health and safety regulations during production. The client must notify No Liquor Productions Ltd. of any potential hazards or concerns related to the production environment (e.g., locations, equipment, or personnel).

These terms and conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.

By booking services with No Liquor Productions Ltd., you acknowledge and agree to the above terms and conditions.
